Trial Lawyers Association in 2007

substantial damage awards for their clients. This includes $10,000,000.00 in the Coordinated Fertility Litigation and
$7,500,000.00 in the UCI Liver Transplant Litigation. In these matters, Mr. Eisenberg was appointed Lead Counsel
by the Orange County Superior Court.

The firm has achieved excellent results in motor vehicle cases ($1,800,000.00 in a head-on collision), truck accident cases
$1,300,000.00 in a tractor trailer accident); negligence at a construction site ($1,800,000.00 for burn injures in an
electrical explosion); and medical malpractice cases ($4,000,000.00 for a 3 year-old due to the failure to diagnose a
neurological disorder). We have represented clients against the Kaiser Health Plan including a $1,000,000.00 settlement
for former patients at the closed Kaiser Kidney Transplant Program in San Francisco.
Mr. Eisenberg is a Member of the Bar of California, New York, Massachusetts and Washington State; American Board of
Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 1996 and was President of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 1993.
